"I have been lucky enough to have been treated by Laurin on multiple occasions, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for help. As someone who has had rheumatoid arthritis my entire life, getting older has meant I've faced increasing pain and difficulty with everyday tasks. I reached out to Laurin for assistance, and she was quick to schedule me in for a virtual consultation. She was thorough, caring and knowledgeable, and together, we worked through my problems and came up with a treatment plan. The regimen Laurin created for me was structured, detailed, and yet still easy to comprehend and fit into my daily life. And let me tell you, IT HELPED SO MUCH! Within a few weeks of my appointment, my pain was much more manageable, and my mobility was noticeably improved.

I've had a few more virtual appointments with Laurin since then, all to address new issues that have come up, and she has kindly helped me with all of them. What sets Laurin apart from other therapists I've seen in the past is the lack of judgement I get from her. Her caring disposition makes me feel like I can be honest about what my limits are, and what is realistic for me to accomplish. She works with me to create treatment plans that are effective, but most importantly, they're manageable changes I can actually keep up with. This has made all the difference for me, and I can say with certainty that I will continue to go back to Laurin for all my physiotherapy related needs."

"I've been working with Laurin for a little over 2 months now and I have nothing but good things from my experience! I've had persistent back pain from a herniated disc for over 4 years now and every professional has told me that I would just have to live with it and would never be able to get back into physical activities like a used to, which was devastating to hear as a 19 year old college athlete. But from my first appointment with Laurin not only did she tell me that we could easily reduce my pain but that there is no reason why I can't start running and lifting and playing sports again. For the first time I felt hopeful that I could get back into exercising and now 2 months later not only do I very rarely even experience pain from my back but I've started free weight exercises and light running that just 8 weeks ago would've left me bedridden with pain. Laurin has also been amazing about ensuring my appointments with her are spent either undergoing manual therapy to reduce pain or teaching me new exercises and ensuring I am all set to do a majority of the work on my own at home.
